Convenient location, just few minutes away (by taxi) from Dubai Mall. 24/7 grocery stores around and across the street. The studio apartment was spacious enough for a couple. Had a balcony, fully equipped kitchen and really good laundry machine. Place is clean and new. Soundproof with comfortable bed. Reception and housekeeping team doing great job! Can catch “Dubai taxi” on the street right outside the hotel. Excellent quality for affordable price. Highly Recommended! We’ll be glad to stay here again.

Absolutely new—with the smell of the new facility! It's amazing. We had a corner room with windows on two sides. Fantastic view and sunrise! It's a pretty good dinner (at Holiday Inn restaurant), and it's worth paying 135 AED. Good new gym. 5-7 mins to reach Dubai Canal. It was the second day after heavy rain. I can admit that everything was fine in the Hotel; there were no issues.

The staff are friendly. The room is big and the furniture is nice. The environment is peaceful.
